Generosity Is Part of the Vision: How IMPACT Baltimore Is Building More Than Business

In a world where networking often feels transactional, something different is happening at IMPACT Baltimore.

This event is not just about business cards, conversations, or visibility. It is about people coming together to create opportunities, support one another, and build genuine community.

At the heart of IMPACT Baltimore is a belief that growth becomes more meaningful when it is shared. And already, before the event even begins, we are witnessing incredible acts of generosity from members of this growing community.

One of the most inspiring examples comes from Keiona Gorham, CEO & Founder of The BFA Institute; Contracted Executive Director, Montgomery County Villages; and Executive Director, Community Hope Center at Seneca Creek. Keiona has secured two tickets for founders who truly need to be in the room, creating access and opportunity for entrepreneurs who deserve a seat at the table.

In the same spirit, Derrica Lane, a seasoned Integrated Marketing Strategist with more than 15 years of experience, has also stepped forward to sponsor tickets for individuals who can benefit from the experience and connections IMPACT Baltimore is designed to provide.

The generosity does not stop there. A Special Guest has purchased the soon-to-be-released Greatness Builder Bundle to be gifted during the event, further reinforcing the culture of support and empowerment being cultivated within this community.

We are also excited to welcome Tayonna Jackson, a 22-year-old Morgan State University alumna and Founder of Be YOU Photo Booths, who is partnering with us to bring the immersive 360 camera experience to the event. Her creativity, energy, and entrepreneurial spirit perfectly reflect the vision behind IMPACT Baltimore, young leaders and innovators building meaningful experiences while supporting the community around them.

This is bigger than networking.

This is collaboration.
This is collective growth.
This is community.

At GFG Coaching, we believe generosity is cultural ROI. The strongest communities are not built solely on transactions, but on trust, support, access, and people choosing to help others rise alongside them.

That is the kind of room we are intentionally creating on May 23rd; a space where meaningful conversations happen, opportunities are shared, partnerships are formed, and people leave better than they came.

IMPACT Baltimore is bringing together visionaries, entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders, and changemakers who understand that success grows deeper when community is part of the foundation.

If you are looking for more than another event; if you are looking for connection, collaboration, and an atmosphere rooted in growth and generosity, then this room was created with you in mind.

Join us at IMPACT Baltimore and experience the power of community in action.
