Do I have to already have a business name, logo, or website?
No. The Business Builder System can help an entrepreneur prepare the essentials. However, a customized branded item may require a final business name, approved logo file, and artwork before production begins.
The included registry and business-foundation guide helps participants identify the appropriate next steps for formalizing their business.

Does the kit register my business for me?
No. The kit provides educational guidance and an organized checklist for business registration and foundational setup. It does not file documents, provide legal advice, guarantee approval, or replace the guidance of an attorney, accountant, tax professional, or official government agency.

Is the Business Builder System refundable?
Unopened, non-customized physical kits may be eligible for return within a defined period, such as 14 days after delivery, subject to a restocking fee and return-shipping costs.
Digital resources become nonrefundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
Customized, branded, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside GFG's control are not grounds for a refund.
